First Appointment
In a supportive space, you can talk through the issues you’re struggling with, how long they have been present and any ideas you’ve had about how they started. I’m keen to hear what you have tried so far and where you feel you have got stuck. You are welcome to bring someone to the appointment.
Children and adolescents
If your concerns are about your child or adolescent I may suggest that we meet without them initially, so that you can talk freely.
Next steps
We will discuss options for treatment and you can choose what would suit you best. I will provide practical suggestions to start making positive changes right from the first appointment.
Get in touch
