I keep up to date on the latest research into which therapies are most effective in addressing specific issues and my practice conforms to NICE guidelines. By getting to know you and the issues you’re struggling with, we can work together to find the right therapy for you.

Length and frequency of treatment
You can decide the length of treatment that works for you, whether that’s a shorter intensive course or long-term support. Regular appointments are important to keep the momentum going and aid progress, therefore I advise that clients have weekly or fortnightly sessions.

I offer day-time appointments Monday-Thursday and evening appointments on Wednesdays.
